I don't drive bikes..

I drive only cars..

In Mumbai, there is no time for keeping a constant speed and hence, my style of driving is changing the gears at appropriate time (its too high in terms of frequency) and also giving high acceleration and brakes.. Actually I don't like to drive slow but there is no space to drive fast..

well im a crazy driver..of cars.....i dnt drive bikes...sumtimes only if needed...well i drive fast...so keep idle time between changing of gears...

normal shifts in gears will get a good milage.... also while driving a car if u have a rpm meter then u can change gears between 3-4 rpm....

The most efficient way to drive would be to speed up only what is required. This does require some experience, but then later on, u can speed up only how much ever is reqd without having the need to apply breaks too often. Changing gears frequently is also very essential to obtain max fuel efficiency.
