if you want to selll watches in Singapore. study there culture prevalent there, study the macroeconomics factor in Singapore. Singapore being an affluent nation. study the affordability issue as per the customer requirements. its better to look at an existing player and do a thorough competitor analysis earmarked with a consumer analysis. this will let you decide a model based on the 4Ps of marketing.
