I am to make a presentation on SCM (as part of the IT subject we hv in MMS) i have downloaded the file you hv posted here.. will it help me in highlighting the following:
The definition and use of SCM
The various elements / factors covered in SCM
Which all functions r neatly integrated in SCM
the design of SCM and the requirements of the resources thereon
Feasibility and suitability for various size of organisations?
