Please advice how followings are treated in Income Tax :
1. One time non-refundable Admission Fees of online commodity futur trading exchanges (NCDEX & MCX).
2. Annual Subscription Charges of both exchanges.
3. User ID charges for trading terminals of both exchanges.
Please advice will above be allowed as expenses in Income Tax or not ? If yes, please provide the case laws or Rules or Section details under which it is allowable.
