i think work experience really matters because thats the only thing which cant be taught in any college.

I Think experience is IMp aspect, as MBA is all about practical and field knowladge, so if you are in field you can undersatnad the course in depth...

Education qualification gives only concepts and theoretical base while experience teach how to apply these concepts practicaly and what is practical situation in market place.

i think more than these two attitude is more important. i mean attitude towards learning new things and determination and concentration.

i just mean to say qualification and work experience is not mandatory to achieve anything... on the other hand these helps u as a ladder to achieve anything in life.

so i feel both are important with a good attitude will create miracles.

definitely work experience..
it matters the most b'coz without really being into the market a person cannot use any such knowledge that he acquires in the b-school. moreover he can actually get all the knowledge only working in such an atmosphere even he hasn't got any theoretical knowledge.

hello fnds......well i thing Both are important…but educational qualification has a weightage over work ex.u will not get any job without having a good education qualification.
Ya! u can say experience is important for a good profile after having proper education but u can't say work ex. is more important then educ. qualification
According to me both are important and are like part of coin, which is valuable when ever kept together but is scrap if separated…..

I think both are equally important.............We should give more preference for qualification . with good qualification the chances of getting high profile jobs are more. Which in turn brings more exposure and learning...............
