Read PSI | Pakistan - Trade unions may be banned (http://world-psi.org/Template.cfm?Section=Home&CONTENTID=12956&TEMPLATE=/ContentManagement/ContentDisplay.cfm) to learn on why PAKISTAN might ban Trade unions.

Indian labor suffers a lot of issues related to quality of work life, minimum wages, protection against health hazards etc. Focus on such issues to strengthen the case that trade unions shouldnt be banned.

Alternatively, you can focus on advocating the corporate philosophy of trade unions acting as a road block to their success.
