The Times of India for November 30 has reported the following statement given by Maharashtra Deputy CM RR Patil on Mumbai incident
"Bade shahron mein aise ek adh haadse hote rehte hain. Woh 5,000 logon ko maarne aye the lekin humne kitna kam nuksaa hone diya"
What are your views on this statement. Are these the people running our country??? Are these people able to run the country. Well, I think that RR Patil should resign immediately as he cannot sense the loss to the people. He calls it a small incident. What if anyone from his family was there in the incident, would he have given same remark even then???
Lets see what you people think about it..

This is a genuinely shocking, detestable view of the event, and should NOT be dismissed as a 'habit' or 'these people are like this only' etc...

All the congress leaders have to resign now......... the position of CM and Deputy CM is to help and secure people......... they r here for d security of general public. n they r telling dat 5000 people could hav been died but we controlled d situation.............wht da hell..........
it means they dont have any sympathy about dat 190 dead and 350 injured people who r absolutely innocent. They just want votes and trust from public as voting dates r coming near. I wud suggest u not to vote CONGRESS this time.......... all maharshtra state congress leaders r "katputlis" who dances on d order of sonia Gandhi and PM.........
Thank god shivraj Patil resigns who hav time to change their clothes but hav not time to inform police when he already know dat terror gonna come in nation.........

I saw the NDTV continously for 4 hours while the Nariman House operation was declared over. I was enlightened to feel the spirit of journalists, specially ‘Barkha’ at the time they were at the sights. It was claearly visible that dese people had sleepless nights.
We say its a shame on our govt that they did nothin, which is completely true. Asking questions were relevent like where was Raj Thakery when his Mumbai was under threat. But else are we doin except writing our thoughts, Changing our taglines on orkut, messagin the updates. Even I did the same. But through out the day I realised nothin really changed for us except for those whose family were affected. We are not realising that ‘it can be anyone of us anytime’.
Its high time that we realise that our lives are in our own hand. No social security exists in the nation.
standing alone for the country is not enough. We all have to unite to push these terrorists out of our motherland.

In these crisis situation seldom we have seen any politician coming in front to lead. However they always appear to speak out non sense. I guess for such irresponsible leader we public are accountable. Hardly we take interest during polling while giving our vote. We do not put extra effort to check the credibility of the politician before casting our vote. We have to be more sensible while electing our representative.

What else they can do when they know they dont have the ability to drive out even vandalists owned by Raj Thakerey, leave alone trained terrorists
i saw this on the penultimate date of the Taj Crisis, it is really surprising that it has been brought to light now

this is what happens when illiterate insensitiv ppl run the country
pahuja.chirag
December 3rd, 2008, 09:55 AM
exactly. in fact we youth should come together to make a change that a politician should never be an illiterate. These are the highest posts in the country and illiterate people are handling these. In our country, even for the post of peon, the person need to be atleast have completed middle standard. and for the highest post in the country that is minister, there is no education criteria. we all should come together. we will send messages to everyone possible, and will try to make this message come into the media...
So, if you people are with me in this protest then tell me, Management Paradise will also help us in ever possible way...
