Urgently need material on BHEL performance appraisal

I really need material on performance benchmarking at BHEL with reference to 360 degree appraisal. I'm doing a critical review of the same. Kindly help me with this.

i believe the performance appraisal done BHEL is 360 degrees but they should implement 720 degree
