Help Retail Format Evolution in India

hi everyone

we are doing project on "Evolution of Retail Format in India", since this project seemed entirely theoritical we are trying to uderstand
what is the main reason for the above :

* due to the current market competition
* due to realization of end consumer deman


now for this purpose we wanted to prepare a questionaire so that we can understand the customer/consumer point of view and also a seperate for the corporate point of view


any kind of suggestion and help would be welcomed...
