it can give jobs but manfacturing is also necessary to grow cos den oly we will be able to grow there needs to be a proper balance between the both like 50-50

^ agreed. as we know that service sector economy is normally reached after successful agri and manufacturing economy but that has not been the case with india. india has to improve its primary industry (agriculture) 1st , then move on to improving service sector.

service sector is reqd. for indias growth...but for inclusive growth agricultureal growth is the most important for the economy...as more than 55% of India's population depends on agri & allied activites...

govt is ignoring this sector...as most of the reforms are around service sector and very less for agri sector...which needs to be taken care of...

loan waiver is the first step in reducing the burden of the economy...this is very positive for the agri sector...as this was long due...u can find lot of waiver and subsidy for various sectors including service sector

I amm very much for this opinion as Indian GDP from last 3 yrs is been heavily contributed by this service sector.

First of all India is a agricultural-dependant country.More than 40% of the ppl are doing agriculture.So w/o agriculture there will no growth.Only close 10lakh ppl n India are employed by IT and ITES.Rest of the ppl is dependant on agri or manufacturing.So w/o these 2 India cannot grow.

No. Agriculture is the real backbone and we need more reforms, resources to really make us a SuperPower. Its a classical tale, we will always find, in general we always say that 60% India lives in Villages, 60% is educated, by all statistical measures that r published, you'll find that 40% which is aloof of all the happenings in the economy.

And that is where many r focussing. Services can tak a major mantle in Urban India. With equal stress manufacturing n agri sector.

Otherwise we will service the whole world and BUY Food grains n Capital consumption goods at a higher cost.
