Help with economics!

Hey guys,

I'm studying Economics and could do with some good book recommendations as research for my dissertation.

I am currently reading Basic Instincts: Human Nature and the New Economics, which I can highly recommend to everyone doing an economics degree- it has some very insightful new theories on how behavioural economics can better the way economy works.

If anyone could recommend anything else that would be great!

Freakonomics and The world is flat are a good read.

Freakonomics is difficult to understand and a little boring in the beginning but as you progress things start turning pretty interesting.
