hi i want to pursue a MBA with specialisation in HR. but i recently got to know that today many corporates are oursourcing HR .. so what really is the scope for MBA in HR. and what are the career/ job prospects ? friends pls post your views on this... it will be of great help !

So what if they are outsourcing HR ?? even the firms that they outsource to will need HR professionals ... there is a lot of scope in the HR consultancy sector .... but your career growth will depend on where you do the MBA HR frm .....

if HR is being outsorcd...the compaines 2 whch its outsourced require HR professionals na..so it doesnt matter if its outsourced r nt... thr's a lot of demand for HR ppl these dayz.. n if u doing it frm a good university....thn...gr8 future ahead...

Dear optimistic...b optimistic....
HR has a great future and lucerative seleries too.....compnaied r hiring HR people as they r now imperative....Dell hired a HR manager just to make sure that employee shud stay happy...called fun manager..who is responsible for organizing fun activities on floor....is'nt exiciting?:tea:

around delhi , u have MDI HR , IMT HR , MHROD of delhi university and IMI HR in that order ......
