well i think u shud include more options in the questionnaire as u see how often does 1 visit some times its hardly 2 times a year or so so write negligible as another option jst suggestion

first of all..thanks a lot..for filling that questionnaire..n yaar..i have also asked them the same thing..i mean management at spencer's..but they want to take into preview the recommendations of loyal customers only..which is very difficult to find..
