why dont yo take help from your boss
he might be experienced and must be having a good knowledge
but remember dont ask in an interrogative way but in a pleasing way
or start yor question with "i would like to learn"

guy you can concentrate on Marginal costing as that is well suited for a manufacturing firm. also keep in mind the economic cost in msnufacturing which will help you to improve the productivity of yoir firm.
