We have heard more abt this topic.Recently,we had more than 50 ppl who had surrendered their kidneys' due to poverty.Still organ trading has been happening in and around India.I would blame the Doctors partly bt I wud put the majority of the blame on the ppl who are ready the trade the organ for money. Most the illegal organ trading cases happens in the BPL ppl.So can we make organ trading legal so that atleast it is reaching ppl who want it and donor is also properly compensated.

Well thats an interesting perspective...
Not a bad idea, i guess - bcoz as u say, atleast the donor will be compensated properly.
But even if it is legalized, a parallel illegal market may still run to take advantage of the poverty and ignorance of donors bcoz in most cases these are people in desperate need of money.

ya i too think that it should be made legal because making it so open often gives an eassy way to the bpl people to donate it for the sake of getting money .noawdays this thing have become very common for the poor people to run their livelihood through this means .

organ trading becoming legal will help by makig people follow rules but then there is the ethical issue.well some people do sell their kidneys for money ut we will have to look at the reasons.is it forced.is it poverty or .is it fraud or is it jus the hunger for instant money.moral will change according to the situation

i don't believe it is ethical. legalizing such an unethical thing should not be considered...
