Recent Business Strategy in Asian paints

can anybody help me on this project, in this project i want to know about business strategy of asian paints i.e how they deal with their dealers, any technology they used, next step they want to introduce in future & reason behind it, any marketing strategy & why they are in no.1 position in decorative paints only, why not in industrial paints, any international competition, supply chain management of asian paints.
pls give me some suggestion for it.
