Help needed

Hey all.

I require some help with a piece of course work that i need to hand in within a week or so, and I dont really know much about the topic. So here it goes...

I need to "Describe how HRM differs from Personnel Management" and within it, i need to talk about Social Justice, Human Bureaucracy, Consent by Negotiation and Organisation anf Intergration

any ideas on what all this means? and where i could find info??

you will find this in the notes that are uploaded by users .

Use the search option for human resource notes or directly go to the download notes > human resource management section. You will find many a documents, a couple of which have the difference between HRM and PM.
