Basically here you would mention that for a startup it is very difficult to compete directly with the major players and hence they have to take up a niche segment.

When they take up a niche segment and scale up even then they have limited options like either get merged or buy their competitors or sell itself.

Now to build a company takes many years and there is an opportunity cost attached to it, so to build a business of 1 crore would take him 5 years while if he had taken up a job after his mba he would've made more than that, he'd be at a senior position and enjoy all benifits with no risk attached.

The worst case scenario would be if he fails in his venture the job scenario would be bleak
