need help...regarding convocation

i hv just cleared sem 6 oct kt exam...
can n e 1 pls tell me the procedure of kt students convocation...
when will we get the degree??...
will it get registered??..
do i hv to fill some form or somthing???
though i hv gone thru universtity convocation file,,bt still the convocation procedure of kt students is not very clear.
some1 pls help

it is not mandatory to go for the convocation.. your degree will be mailed to you by post from the university..

even i did not attend the convocation :)
