HELP - market segmentation

Hey everyone,

I need any information/link/references regarding markrt segmentation for a project i'm doing on Daily-Bread. More specifically, I need analysis of the market for it in BANGALORE.

Any - economic reports, city reviews, markrt reaserch on the relevant market (food servise, primium food retail...? in India and better so, on BAngalore - would help me a l-o-t!!!
If some one here is working in Bangalore in a place where this kind of information is available please pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease share it with me.

my due date is 18th (if no prolongation given) - i'm way behind - i'll be grateful for any help.
