or it may related to any brand of television sets.

There is no questionaire per se. I suggest :

First you need to know what is brand equity (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brand_equity) .

After that you can probably read up an article written on brand equity in relation to Onida at http://www.geocities.com/vedbsen/pw-brand-personality.htm and create a customer centric questionnaire
