vendor development, well its basicaly hw u deal with ur supplier, u can take d example of Maruti who is very much successful in VD, if u doing d project start with wat does term VENDOR means, wats it imp in Matrerila mgmt, y u need to develop ur vendors n maintain gud relationship with them etc...n then talk abt Maruti. Al d best.keep posting
