Is the U.S. losing its role as the world leader in information technology?

I somewhat agree on the topic.Though they are financially sound and they serve as a homeland for most of the FORTUNE 500 companies,they are currently lagging in innovation when compared to China or India.So w/o innovation a country cannot survive in the future and this is applicable not only 2 IT field.

US is still the leader though their lead has been reduced. India and china are definitely moving in the right direction.

yes coz Different countries are growing up extremely fast in IT like India and china

well it surely seems US is losing its IT power as we have now seen the focus of MNCs coming and developing their IT structure in india in a big way......

even the european union is giving boost to its IT industry to directly compete with india.... china too is gearing up its employees to learn english n give a tough time to indian counterparts...........
