With resent interfernce of HRD ministery in selection of IIM directors, as it was in the hands of IIM body to search and select high acedemicians like Dr dholakiya , but by this interfernce of Government ................

this attitude is typical of indian goverment..so sorry for indian youths..

other way for HRD minister should be to ban academicians frm practicing in india..that way acads. can be sure abt govn plicies and can find work abroad,,
