well.. i ve finshed working on a project on CRM. CRM coukd be another synonym for hospitality. u sud get most of the basic stuff by looking arnd this website. MP rox!.. the rest, try looking into the basic steps an hotel takes to attract customers n its loyalty.. hope that helps u
