The rise of google cann't be debated but the way it is controlling the online ad market... its alarming.. with its text based ad with relative searching only... it has become a threat to all other search engines.. Do u think it is time for yahoo to evoluate to survive????

Its already evolving. Read about their smart search alogrithm.

To give you a brief about it, whenever you search something in yahoo, the searches get stored and are marked as your desired products ( say you searched "low cost airlines" ) , after that whenever you logon to yahoo after that, the ads you see will always be related to your previous searches :) ( ads of low cost airlines )

Its just another domain name thats powered by google co-operative search.

dis idea is really cool.. with flash engines showing a graphical interface and interconnectivity... y r nt d yahoo guys promoting dis 1 (its a yahoo venture I suppose or at least uses yahoo search)

they are into monopoly coz with this high competition...they are offering a good product they not doing it intentionally they are just offering a good product
