I think with technology going at hight speed...
Training would be conducted virtually on every desktops according to individual needs and time constaints...points on number of trainings attended would be accounted... a small questionare to check the understanding of the topic would be possible...
A video conference for extra help would be available...

The number of trainings attended and understading of the topics throught questionares and the direct effect on the performance would be made easily with softwares...
