Well buddy topic for you as debate is your first topic. welcome to mp now regarding inexperienced candidates i would like to mention one thing its not compulsory that a person with experience is eligible for every job and inexperience do not. Well sometime not sometimes many times inexperienced are better worker and choice for companies than useless experienced professionals.
