Well it is one of the biggest news so far in media and of the biggest fire tragedy of India. Fire in Oil Depot of Indian Oil Corporations . My topic for debate is that who is responsible for this big tragedy? Why government simply accepted defeat in controlling fire? Why its not trying to control fire.
I think It's a shame for us that we are unable to control fire in oil depots.

The quantum of fire was huge. It is not possible to put off the fire with water or anything else. The only option left was let the fire extinguish on its own.

the govt is only responcible for that....
because they don't have good technology to prevent this fire..........
in other countries like SA has the tech to prevent......
this shows how irresponcible the govt is....................
from last 3 days they r not able to solve the prob........
they know that there is problem of gas leakage....but they didn't take any action..........
in patrol pumps also they don't have proper tech or instrument to prevent fire....
it is a shame for Indian govt....................
