Need help on Assignments

Dear friends,

Can you guys show me some direction to get relevant materials to complete my assignment.

The assignment questions are,
1. Design a customer oriented organization for a FMCG industry.
2. Explain the term Receivables management? Enumerate various instruments of receivables Management.
3. Prepare a 5s model for a Automobile Manufacturing Industry.
4. Prepare an TMP checklist for a Hospital ( Total production maintenance)

I am really struggling to get a start on the topics. I have gathered relevant info on the topics, but not able to organize them in a presentable manner.
