I do not completely agree that young generation is greedy..
Before the recession, there were plenty of job opportunities and salary jumps..
So it had become very easy for them..
In that context,the current recession has been a good lesson..
It is very difficult to get jobs and salary levels have also gone down..
So this will make the youth realize the importance of their hard earned money..
Their expectations of salary levels would have become more realistic and also their spending would have reduced to some extent..

it wud be better to say that they are becoming ambitious day by day. Its not the greed that they are looking for its the independence. Its ultramodernity , its career oriented behaviour and not greediness.
