i totally agree tahtw e should not donate for flood reliefs when there is such blatant misuse of public money..if govt cud just wisely use money for public welfare we can avoid such disasters and also have effective mechanisms to help victims without begiging to public again

I would rather donate money to an NGO, then putting it in some relief fund...

my sense is that we should channelise the flow of money for different purposes especially during naural calamities in a well thought out manner , The current state with the flow of money is that the rich keep getting richer and poor just keep getting poorer
