hi,im doing a project on how companies can improve their online business,the chosen topic is jewellery,id like to know:

1.would you look at an online catalogue of jewellery or watches b4 buying them or would u prefer to got o a shop directly?
2.would you buy jewellery online (pay by card and await delivery)?please give a brief reason
3.would you like to post your own designs on the website and ask for it to be made(no extra costs) or buy something already available in the collection:SugarwareZ-198:

hi.. although I don't have much idea about jewellery market... I can give some opinion about online marketing (coz I am a hardcore online shopper)

Yes, I would look at the catalogue online. It gives me the convenience of selecting a product at the comfort of my home..

Yes, I certainly would. For the obvious reason of the comfort of buying from home than traveling to a shop, I would buy online coz there is a wide range of offers / products... I can even have it delivered to my friend as a gift

I couldn't provide an honest opinion to this... sorry :(

a.) I'd love to check out various designs and their collection online.
b.) No, wont purchase online even at rock bottom prices because its a high value product and I wouldn't want to wait to get possession of the item. Online viewing isn't similar to seeing it and touching it right in front of your eyes.
c.) Not really, would you paint your own masterpiece and hang it on your wall calling it art? Purchase from the experts and pride its possession.

the third question is a bit ambiguous i think,what i mean is that u give an idea about a design,eg somebody wants a peacock-based necklace,or something and the company would make that product for u,it would be done by the experts,using ur design as inspiration.
several western jewellery showrooms have this option on their websites...
