politicians show thier managementment skills n human resource management abilty thier motivation power..in varied situation..they show their skill in managing unworkable coalition , snatching unimaginable victories..can they manage corporate world also

Well, politians are extremely brilliant n intelligent creature. And thats the reason they manage to reach that position where they are now. Only thing is that they have to use differently to reach there. Like, they brilliantly make false promises, Skillfully make corruption and gather moolah for themselves.... all these seriously requires brains. HAve u heard of any politians in india whose assets are below than crores?
Not to forget there are many IAS officers and other brilliants working behind a Minister. they are the real brains for a politian. If politians control corporate world they'll still need their "right hands" ( i'.e. the IAS officers n stuff) to come along with them. Can't do it own their own. Moreover, they are very much used to cheating n corruption so they'll continue it in corporate world too..

- Maintaining Public Relation
- Managing Fund/Grants
- Use of 'power' for betterment of society.

There will always be some exceptions, you can't blame remaining 20% on an account of 80% faulty politicians.

i think our politicians are already managers..they manage it so perfectly that evn exit polls cannot predict their victories!!!! BUT wat they are utter failure at is the "leadership" quality that is very much reqd in corporate world...so there they will be a big failure!!!

Politicans can't be managers.Managers has to some type of job,where they can't be corrupt.So this one principle defies the concept of politicans.

Ideally,politics is a social service serving the people.Job profile of managers is smething to achieve for the company or meeting some specific targets in Business.They are different.The way they work will be different.

Moreover the environment they both operate is different.

we been viewing politicians as a negative image from years now and therefore whatever they do we consider it as bad but this is not true.there are some politicians who have got emense talent in them but are not using them in the proper way if they use it in a better way then i think they would make best managers for india.if we take lalu prasads as an example we can see that before when he was made the rail minister he was not even known to the people but after he was made the railway minister he started working and beleive me managing the whole railways network is not a joke mind u .therefore i wuld like to conclude that though there are some uneducated politicians in india but still they can contribute in their own different ways and can become future managers .the best recent examplse wuld be lalu was called to the iims for giving the lectures to those future managers so i dont think iim"s management is that stupid to call any lukha guy to deleiver the lec.they must have seen some qualities in him and thats the reason why he was been called. so i do think that politicians can too become future managers.

Politicians are already working as Managers. They manage huge population in their constituencies, they manage funds for various government development programs. For corporate managers managing few people in the department is problem. The politicians manage large number of peoples for year after years. Even most of the politicians manage a good public homely life and number of illicit relationships, away from the family and media. They manage their family so well that children’s are groomed for future managers.
