Anyone know an PDF edition of the book? It's hardbound edition is mighty expensive. I did see an online edition at Questia.com, but that too costs $20 per month.

I know the hardbound edition is Expensive.. you can always go and buy a (LPE) Low Price Edition. Which has a soft cover.. which cost nearly 350Rs with Indian Examples and Case Studies...
