Will the rupee appreciate further?

In the past two days rupee has sharply appreciated against dollar. There is a 6% gain in 2months adding woes of exporters already hit by low demand in key western markets.

India's largest software services exporter TCS is evaluating its currency hedging strategy.


The rupee, rose to Rs.46.65 against dollar on Wednesdy.

Wat do u think rupee will remain steady or will rise further??

i dont thnk there if further room for appreciation. it wud only go south wars frm now as technically we havnt seen any improvement in d economy

it will appreciate further with rising sensex..and with inincrease exports.

I think at present it is hard to predict anything as we know India is recovering from Slowdown and related to sensex we have seen lots of fluctuations in sensex during past few months appreciation of rupee i think is good but i don't think we will see very fast increase in value of rupee in near future.
