i dont know why every one thinks IQ is the most important.........
IQ is important i dont say it not but in todayz world it is not .......
hmmm most of the susesfull ppl right now may not have been school topers.......
or may not necessarily hold great college degrees.
so i think not Intelligence Quotient (IQ) but your Passion Quotient (PQ) that is wat is more important in todayz challengin world
n rosh PQ is ur inner motivaiter hmmm basicaly ur passion to do a thing

so to be sussesfull u dont onlu need to have an IQ but also

EQ is the most important thing.Nowdays companies do not give importance to a persons IQ but to the EQ of the person.Cause that results to how the person works with other members of the org,wether he can remain calm,how he can contribute and give feedbacks to his boss.The way he keeps his cool even when the required target is not done...etc etc etc...Thats y EQ IS THE MOST IMP IN TODAYS WORLD.

hi friends good to see somany enthusiastic good answers here raising som good queries.would have appritiated if it could have been more than one liner answers;
EQ- emotional queitent- what you do when your boss shouts at you -kill him!! no - the level of your handeling stress in work place is known as EQ
IQ- we know
PQ- how much passionate we are for our work , it desides our initiatives and risk abilty.
SQ- ya i missed this one, wanted to add it but donot know WHY i am not having edit option in my threads:(
so keep the answers coming in and try making habit of answering in more than one line,
WHY NOT having any restriction in the debate threads to have word limits more than 100 words.

Thanks rinku for letting me know the terms... I feel all the terms are equally important. A person with a IQ but a bad EQ has chances of getting fired easily, while a person with a low PQ wouldn't stick along for a long time.

Hence, the HR team should ensure that the employees PQ and EQ is suitably regulated by holding motivational workshops.

i personally think that PQ is most important Bcoz if you have excellect IQ and a good EQ too, but just imagine if u dont have PASSION to do something, will it help????
