Do you tolerate weaknesses in others?
We all have weaknesses and each one of us deal with our weaknesses in our own way. BUT, I would like to know how you deal with the weaknesses you see in others.
1. Do you sometimes see weaknesses in others, whether at work, home or play?
2. If so, do you expect those individuals to "correct" their weaknesses or do you accept their weaknesses for what they are?
