How do you define a "Job Satisfaction" ?
Is job satisfaction a more of self assurance than reality ? I haven't seen anybody so far saying "I'm fully satisfied with my job." There are job hoppers in every organisation. Is there an assumed level of satisfaction each one should have ?
What makes an employee to stay with an organisation for a longer period of time..and what is that result him leaving the job ?
