well the obvious target market would be ladies in the age group of 20 - 50 or so..
i guess the best media selected for lipstics would be the magazines that are women oriented..
magazines like sarita, rajani etc,,,cater highly to the said target group....

i'd say sponsor a famous television series on Star TV or Colors that has a high concentration of women audiences, advertise around prime sports during the 2 - 5 evening slot when housewives are watching their favorite tv shows.

Fashion magazines are another vehicle to reach the right audience.

BTL activity can include free sampling at malls or beauty saloons.
