Apart from digital,TVC, OOH.etc that r prominent in Urban and tierII cities. alternative medias in rural parts can be:

-Word of Mouth Publicity through Opinion Leaders(mostly the Sarpanch, doctor, School Teachers)
-Personal selling
-Haat
-Wall Paintings
-Puppetry
