The individual behavior and learning will come from within or from the surrondings..
As in the case of behavior.. its just the act of what an individual learn, and an individual learn from their surrondings.. their environment..

Also, we set some sort of perception and follow them. If its work according, then we said "its good" or "our behavior is too good" and if not.. then that person have bad behavior.

So, what we learn from the enviornment & surrondings and act according to our perception then it becomes our Behavior and learning factor.
