Client of PMS consulting - He/she will be responsible for recruiting / appointing a team of life insurance agents/advisors through his own social contacts/circle. He has to train ,motivate and finally drive the business through them. These agents will be working purely on commission basis while he/she w`ll be on proper company rolls.nbsp; nbsp;
