Hello Freind,

why dont u try to narrow down to some conclusion using the feedback which you have got.....Analyze what are the training requirements of the employees at a given level at Hindustan Papers....

try to analyze the cost and exertions the company has to take while executing those training required....

dervie the tools that would be essential to assess the performance of these employees post their training program.
