My exam of Strategic Management is on next week..so i need help for that..
Friends plz post recent examples of Indian companies who have changed their strategy...examples of recent acquistions....examples related to what kind of strategy they r following like Low cost , Differenetiation, Focused, Best cost ..etc etc...

hii,
first of all, i hav no knowledge about strategic manangement,but as i a layman i can suggest u one acquisition which the world will always remember i.e. Hutch-Vodafone deal, i think this is relevant as u know there were so many players in this race like Ruia brothers, anil ambani,etc. then it is really worthy yo note the strategy that Vodafone adopted to finally succed..

Turn around of railways, Bank of baroda branding, bajaj turnaround with launch of pulsar etc might help you.
