There are a different people having different perceptions of a particular topic. Each one has their own views, their own opinions in which they believe..
Hence when the person is firm on his decision or view, he won't budge...
But if he is a chilled-out, he'll have a listening ear to what the other has to say...
A very hot - minded individual gets on the nerves of other people..
While a very chilled-out person is thought of as if he has no interest in the matter of concern.
