Hi to all
My name is Astha Aneja currently doing MBA(HR) from UBS, Chandigarh. I require a little help for my project. Well the project is on developing intelligence systems for Human resources. It basically concentrates on tracking the informal lines of communication.
I need some guidance on the same and also I need to contact HR personnel for their ideas on channels of communication they follow.
