hi my name is ashwin. I am doing project on HR balance score card in Sai service. They are having dealership of Maruti cars, service centre, patrol pumps. over 3000 employees are working there. I have to design Balance score card for their HR department.

I got the concept of Balance score card. I was searchin for the format or a already designed HR BSC to use as a guideline but unfortunately i didn't get it.
I request you to kindly help me out for the same.
