One of the most challenging jobs at Management Paradise is being a Moderator , Being a Moderator tests your management skills and upgrades your knowledge and gives you the edge over other management students , It will help you grow as in helping others you help yourself , It is also the point of growth for you in the organization as there are various opportunities available for you in the organisation . We are looking for people who will value the work , and are willing to acquire experience . Since Moderators are leaders of the forums , we are looking out for people who can lead by example and are always present in times of need.

The following are the Responsibilities of a Moderator :

* A Moderator should Maintain Order and Decorum in the forum
* He should Reply and Help the Members and resolve their queries.
* A moderator should motivate and encourage members to reply
and participate in various events.
* He should provide various updates in the sections allotted to him
* He must make sure to filter the posts and ensure that there are
no spamming carried out on the site.
* Moderators should guide the members to various projects
and content that they cannot find.
* Must Provide feedbacks whenever necessary
* Must make sure the posts are in accordance to the rules
and regulations of our site.
* Must monitor the new replies and various threads
* Should have a flare for writing articles and other written communication

Creating Buzz for ManagementParadise.com in the MBA Sphere – be it social media marketing or inventing breakthrough ways of reaching the target audience. This challenging work is handled by the marketing team at MP. You should lead from front and not mind getting your hands dirty. You will be responsible for:

a.) Selling AdSpace to Bschools, Coaching Institutes and potential clients.

b.) Inventing innovative ways of advertising and offering solutions
to potential clients.

c.) Creating new ways of reaching to our target audience while
leveraging on existing SMO and buzz marketing methods

d.) Exploring partnerships and forging alliances with portals, blogs
and media for synergistic growth.

e.) Evaluating potential business opportunities and spearheading
the exploratory initiative.

Key Considerations:

* Broad communications skill set
* Marketing
* Apt for Strategic Marketing and Communications.
* Knowledge of internet marketing and online media.

As a content writer at MP, you will study, analyze and cover key trends, news breaks, b-schools and interesting people across the Indian and international MBA space. You will need to establish access to top business schools deans, directors, professors and professionals to get the best and most in-depth perspective for writing articles or replying to queries of students who need hand holding in their research work.

You will showcase your academic excellence by initiating discussions in verticals of your core competency. Your leadership and team player qualities will be channelized to increase interactivity and inculcate a community feeling within MP forum.

Primarily Profile:

* Report, write regular and exclusive stories on B-schools (India)
and abroad (soon).
* Create content by initiating discussions, writing articles and
helping students in verticals of your core competence
( eg : finance, marketing, operations ) for the forum
* Writing articles and managing the Management Paradise
Newsletter that reaches over 90k members
* Meet with and take Interviews of professionals, opinion and
thought leaders
* Work on research projects and handhold management
students aspirants and professionals.
* Invent new ways or innovations in the MBA sphere.

We are offering monetary benefits. Please read that the stipend is negotiable for the above mentioned profiles.

For moderators, we are not paying coz we believe the motivating factor for the moderator to contribute and share knowledge should be anything else but money.

A person who is NOT greedy will read the entire job profile and comment , but it seems your eyes ran over the Monetary Benefits before anything else , Well which proves its not us that is greedy ,
