I have completed my engineering in computer science in 2005 and since last 1.5 years i have serving in a govt banking organisation as an IT officer but now i want to swith to pure banking field , which field in banking i have to go, and wt preparation and certification i need, please guys help so i can utilise my experience also . Do i should go for a regular MBA degree?
